The “Althoff-In-One” management trainee programme gives graduates the unique opportunity of a wide-ranging career start within Althoff Hotels. Under the “Find Your Passion” motto, you gain all-round experience in different departments within our Althoff COLLECTION, AMERON Collection and URBAN LOFT brands.

If you are passionate about the variety and diversity of the hospitality industry, our management trainee programme is for you.

Your profile

You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in hotel, tourism or culinary management.
You have already gained some professional experience within the hotel industry and have developed a passion for our industry through your strong service mindset.
You are fluent in German and English.
You are experienced in using MS Office applications.
You take a structured, independent and team-based approach to your work.
You have good interpersonal skills and a smart appearance.

What we offer

After you graduate, we provide you with an all-round start to your career in the form of a 15-month management trainee programme, during which you will get to know the different brands and departments of Althoff Hotels. You will get to know the operational and administrative levels of our business while working alongside our excellent staff and managers. You will become a valuable part of our team using your expertise and individual skills to support us in the continuous development of our brand.

Althoff-In-One benefits

Experience from our Althoff COLLECTION, AMERON Collection and URBAN LOFT brands.
We will introduce you to the three hotels that you will pass through during your traineeship. If possible, you can also indicate your preferences from the portfolio of our hotels in Germany.
Your personal contact at Althoff Hotels’ head office is always on hand to answer any questions you may have.
Depending on the destination, we will provide you with accommodation and meals during the programme.
Participation in tailored training courses at the Althoff Academy.
After completing the management trainee programme, you will be offered a senior position in one of our hotels, according to your experience and knowledge.
Regular appraisal meetings on your professional development.
Be our guest: An overnight stay including half board in the respective placement hotel is reserved for you.
