The Althoff Hotels have made it possible for me to work flexible hours with a later start on two days a week so that I can take my son to nursery. The option to work flexibly from home on individual days also makes it easier to look after my son and combine family and career. Another very positive aspect is that I was able to postpone my holiday and planned parental leave at short notice after the birth. That was a great relief for me!
