Pietro Volontè is born in Como, this young chef (29 years old) from Italy has an impressive track record. He began his career alongside Bernard Fournier (Da Candida Campione) and Enrico Derflingher at the Terrace d’Eden (Hôtel Eden in Rome). After an interlude on the other side of the Channel (restaurant Locanda Locatelli & restaurant Gordon Ramsay) he finally settled in the French capital at the Trianon Palace Waldorf Astoria Hôtel, restaurant Gordon Ramsay.
But a good meal should be accompanied by a fine wine. And you will certainly find one in our wine cellar, led by Arthur Chabidon, head sommelier. With over 500 different positions exclusively of french wines, the wine list of the "Le Belrose" might be one of the largest in the region.
