Members of the Miles & More program will receive 500 award miles for each stay in a participating Althoff Hotel & Gourmet collection hotel.

Miles will be credited for qualifying rates as follows:
- Rack
- Best Available Rate (BAR)
- Consortia

Miles cannot be earned for group rates or packages, conference rates or packages, organiser rates, company contract rates, long-term apartments, Priceline or other auction sites, staff rates or travel agent rates, or for special rates for long-term stays. Nor can miles be earned for bookings via online portals or Internet wholesalers (third parties). Miles can only be awarded to the Miles & More service cardholder if this person has checked into the hotel him/herself. Miles can only be awarded in respect of the room occupied by the Miles & More member.

The hotels from the Althoff Hotel & Gourmet Collection offer all Senators special benefits in December 2011 and January 2012:
- double miles in all rooms and suites
- Welcome treatment on arrival in your room or suite
- Upgrade to the next highest category of room or suite (subject to availability) for every qualifying stay
