The most northernly located luxury hotel of the Althoff Hotel & Gourmet Collection, the Hotel Fuerstenhof lies in the medieval town of Celle on the outskirts of Lueneburg Heath. Culinary

In the Michelin-star awarded gourmet restaurant Endtenfang chef de cuisine Hans Sobotka serves his guests Mediterranean-flavored cuisine in four, five or seven courses. Sommelier and maître, Sebastian Wilkens, advises discerning gourmets and wine lovers from a selection of 650 wines.

The Italian themed restaurant Taverna & Trattoria Palio is awarded with 16 Gault Millau points and ideally complements the culinary offer.

Conferences & Celebrations

For meetings, events and larger conferences Hotel Fuerstenhof Celle offers seven conference rooms and customized meeting packages. The Blue Salon provides sufficient space for up to 120 people.

Since the management takeover of Congress Union Celle in April 2005, the Althoff Hotel & Gourmet Collection also provides one of the most modern convention centers in Germany with eleven conference rooms hosting up to 3,000 people.

Conferences & Festivities

The baroque palace was in 1670 and served for a number of noble families as a residence. From 1787 to 1817 counselor Carl Philipp Graf von Hardenberg lived in the property. In 1969 Christian Ludwig Graf von Hardenberg saved it from demolition. The descendant of the Hardenberg family built rebuilt the historic palace into an individual hotel which opened its doors to guests in 1970. Since 2005 Althoff Hotel & Gourmet Collection is operation the Fuerstenhof.
