Rooms & Suites
All of the elegant rooms and suites of the Althoff Hotel Fürstenhof Celle are furnished according to an individual theme. Each floor is designed according to a different motto: golf, hunting, horses, romance, royalty, and the heathland, inspired by the majestic, nearby natural countryside: the Lüneburg heathlands. The rooms are fitted with precious woods and the finest of fabrics. Each room is individually designed in luxurious comfort.
Cuisine
In the Michelin-star awarded gourmet restaurant Endtenfang chef de cuisine Hans Sobotka serves his guests Mediterranean-flavored cuisine in four, five or seven courses. Sommelier and maître, Sebastian Wilkens, advises discerning gourmets and wine lovers from a selection of 650 wines. The Italian themed restaurant Taverna & Trattoria Palio is awarded with 16 Gault Millau points and ideally complements the culinary offer.
Conferences & Festivities
For meetings, events and larger conferences Hotel Fürstenhof Celle offers seven conference rooms and customized meeting packages. The Blue Salon provides sufficient space for up to 120 people. Since the management takeover of Congress Union Celle in April 2005, the Althoff Hotel Collection also provides one of the most modern convention centers in Germany with eleven conference rooms hosting up to 3,000 people.
